Organisational Strengthening
We invest in capacity building to nurture leadership among local women, enabling them to drive transformation not only in their own lives but also within their communities. Sangathan leaders and core staff has undergone the process of Organisational Development. Alongside this, we conduct sessions on financial literacy, digital literacy, and other relevant skills for local leaders who are part of the Sakhi Sangini team.
To broaden their perspectives and strengthen their learning, the Sakhi Sangini team and community leaders also participate in exposure visits to diverse organisations, where they engage with best practices and innovative approaches. These learnings are then encouraged to be applied in local contexts.
