ભુજ શહેર ની વંચિત મહિલાઓનું સંગઠન
સખી સંગિની સંગઠન એક લોક સંગઠન છે, જે કચ્છ મહિલા વિકાસ સંગઠન દ્વારા ઊભું કરવાં માં આવ્યું છે . કચ્છ મહિલા વિકાસ સંગઠન ૧૯૮૯ થી કચ્છ જિલ્લાના ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ માટે કાર્ય કરતું એક જાણીતું સંગઠન છે. સખી સંગિની ની યાત્રા ૨૦૦૬-૨૦૦ ૭ માં ભુજની ઝૂંપડપટ્ટીઓમાં રહેતી મહિલાઓની સામાજિક-આર્થિક પરિસ્થિતિઓનું વિશ્લેષણ કરવાના અભ્યાસથી શરૂ થઈ. આ અભ્યાસ દરમિયાન જાણવા મળ્યું કે મહિલાઓ જોખમી પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં રહે છે, જેમકે તેમના વિસ્તાર માં સ્વચ્છતાનો અભાવ છે, આવાસ સુવિધાઓ નબળી છે, આવકના સાધનોની અછત છેઃ અને ઊંડે સુધી ઘર કરી ગયેલા પિતૃસત્તાક સમાજ ના નીતિનિયમો ને કારણે તેમને ઘણું સહન કરવું પડે છે.
દ્રષ્ટિકોણ
એક એવું શહેર જ્યાં ઝૂંપડપટ્ટીમાં રહેતી મહિલાઓ અને કિશોરીઓ સંપૂર્ણ સલામત મહેસુસ કરે , કોઈપણ અવરોધ વિના તેમના અધિકારો અને વ્યક્તિગત સ્વતંત્રતા / સ્વાવલંબન નો ઉપયોગ કરે, અને મહિલાઓના સામૂહિક નેતૃત્વ દ્વારા તેમની સુખાકારીને આગળ ધપાવે.
લક્ષ અને હેતૂઑ
મહિલાઓને સ્થાનિક સમૂહોમાં સંગઠિત કરીને તેમના સંપૂર્ણ સશક્તિકરણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું . તેમના વિકાસને આગળ ધપાવવો , તેમની આર્થિક સલામતી, સામાજિક સલામતી, શારીરિક સલામતી અને નાગરિક તરીકે ની સલામતી સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરી તેના પર કામ કરવું.

અમારી વિચાર ધારા ના મૂળ માં મહિલાઓ નું સામૂહીક નેતૃત્વ અને બદલાતું નેતૃત્વ છે -મૂળભૂત નક્કર પરિવર્તન લાવવા માટે અમે માનીએ છીએ કે , સ્ત્રી -પુરુષ વચ્ચેની સમાનતા એકલા રહીને પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકાતી નથી, તેથી, અમે વધુ ન્યાયીક વિચારો ધરાવતા -સમાન સમાજ નું નિર્માણ કરવા માટે તૈયાર થઈ શકે એવા યુવાનો અને પુરુષોને સહયોગી તરીકે સક્રિય પણે જોડીએ છીએ.
